DyNAmo™ Capillary SYBR® Green qPCR Kit
Description
DyNAmo™ Capillary SYBR® Green qPCR Kit is a ready-to-use 2x master mix for highly specific quantitative PCR optimized for instruments using capillary tubes (e.g. LightCycler™). 2x master mix contains all reagents needed for qPCR. Only template DNA and PCR primers need to be added by the user. The 2x master mix includes a hot start version of a modified Thermus brockianus DNA polymerase. The modified DNA polymerase incorporates a non-specific DNA-binding domain that lends physical stability to the polymerase-DNA complex.

specificity and sensitivity
Amplification of a difficult genomic template below demonstrates the excellent performance of the DyNAmo Capillary SYBR Green qPCR Kit. As low as three copies of the template were reliably detected, and the melting curve shows that no unspecific products were amplified.

Figures 1 and 2. A 481 bp amplicon of a beta actin gene was amplified with DyNAmo Capillary SYBR Green qPCR Kit using starting copy numbers ranging from 3 to 1 x 105. Reactions were set up on the LightCycler™ System (Roche). The cycling parameters were the following:

Components
DyNAmo Capillary SYBR Green qPCR Kit is available in two sizes. The small kit contains reagents for 100 reactions in 20 µl volume. The large kit contains reagents for 500 reactions in 20 µl volume.

Storage and stability
Store all kit components at -20 °C. DyNAmo Capillary SYBR Green qPCR Kit is stable for six months from the date of packaging when stored and handled properly.
