DyNAzyme™ DNA Polymerase products
DyNAzyme™ DNA Polymerases are Taq-like enzymes with improved thermal stability at high temperatures. They are ideal for all routine PCR applications, and have improved tolerance against DMSO. Polymerases optimized for specific conditions, like hot start PCR or long amplicons, can be found within the DyNAzyme DNA polymerase family.

DyNAzyme™ EXT
DyNAzyme™ EXT DNA Polymerase is an optimized mixture of DyNAzyme™ II DNA Polymerase and a proofreading enzyme. It is a versatile and easy-to-use enzyme for standard, difficult and long range PCR. DyNAzyme EXT DNA Polymerase offers exceptional performance that Taq-based mixtures cannot match.
Applications
Difficult templates, long PCR, cloning, applications that require detergent-free buffers
DyNAzyme™ II Hot Start DNA Polymerase
DyNAzyme™ II Hot start DNA Polymerase is a modified form of the DyNAzyme™ II DNA Polymerase. It is inactive at room temperature, and the activity is recovered by a 10-minute incubation step at 94 °C. It improves the specificity of PCR by preventing the extension of non-specific primers or primers prone to primer-dimer formation, and is also beneficial when using robotic systems for reaction setup.
Applications
Routine PCR, robotic PCR systems, microsatellite amplification, PCR with primers that are prone to primer-dimer formation, DHPLC
DyNAzyme™ II DNA Polymerase
DyNAzyme™ II DNA Polymerase is an easy-to-use, recombinant thermostable DNA polymerase for standard PCR.
Application note
PCR protocol for DyNAzyme II™ DNA Polymerase on fast Piko® Thermal Cycler
DyNAzyme™ I DNA Polymerase
DyNAzyme™ I DNA Polymerase is a native thermostable DNA polymerase from Thermus brockianus.
