OD conversion

This application converts a measured OD(260) value to the corresponding DNA or RNA concentration.

Fill in the measured OD(260) value, and check the automatically calculated concentration (µg/ml) from the column corresponding to your sample type (dsDNA, ssDNA or ssRNA).

Note: The result is an approximation, as the exact correlation between OD and concentration depends on variables like the nucleic acid sequence.
